Introduction
EMS can be delivered to most countries and regions in the world. Different countries and regions have different requirements for import customs clearance. Please confirm in advance whether the package you send meets the requirements of the destination customs.

For Japan Post shipping lines, an additional 30g label weight will be added to the product weight when calculating shipping fees.

Insurance & Claim
For packages valued at more than 200,000 JPY, an export declaration must be submitted. The package can only proceed after the approval of this declaration. Please note that the review process takes some time. Japan Post has introduced a handling fee of 3,200 JPY per package for filing declarations on behalf of customers.
If the value of the goods in the package is below 20,000 JPY and you choose to send your packages via EMS, we provide free insurance. And parcels valued at over 200,000 JPY that are returned to Japan for any reason must be submitted to Japanese Customs for import declaration, and an additional handling fee of 6,600 JPY will be charged for each returned parcel.
